Hig quality rice vinegar 500ml produced in Japan in Japan by the famous Mizkan brand,

Rice vinegar is vital for the japanese cuisine : especially adapted to prepare salad, and for rice for sushi, it can also be used to marinade fishes, and vegetables (Tsukemono). Best  for salad or to marinade fishes and  meet.

Acidity is 4.5 %, mild and rich taste which can be sused  with any dish.
