Organic soba made wheat and buckwheat flour, produced in Japan
Soba noodles そば are wheat and buckwheat flour noodles, which is the source of their light brown colour
These soba noodles, produced by a family of Japanese artisans, are made from organic flour and then slowly air-dried using the traditional roll-and-cut method to achieve a concentrated and authentic flavour.
Firm and smooth, these soba noodles are a source of protein and low in fat: nourishing and dietary, they can be used all year round in hot broth, fried or served cold with a dip or salad.
Clearspring's Yuki Soba 有機そ noodles are easy to use and quick to cook.
