When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us as well as an email from the carrier. Tracking links are included.

You can also follow the different stages of your order preparation in your customer account.

At the checkout stage, when you choose your delivery address, you can select one of the addresses already on file or create a new one.

The choice of delivery address is made at the next stage. The relay points proposed will be those closest to the delivery address you selected in the previous step.

In the event of an error, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.

Pick-up at our Lyon boutique is not yet possible.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday.

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, except for orders placed on weekends and public holidays, in which case we need a little more time.

Packages can be collected free of charge from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4pm at our warehouse located at :
