荷物発送の準備

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Isère from Monday to Friday.

In the vast majority of cases, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays, of course).

Packages are prepared using recycled cardboard and products are carefully packed to minimise breakage.


A tracking number is sent by e-mail at the time of dispatch.


Several delivery methods are available for private and business customers, depending on the products ordered and the total weight of the order.

ご注文は月曜日から金曜日まで、イゼールにある私たちの倉庫から発送されます。

ほとんどの場合、ご注文から24時間以内に発送いたします（週末や祝祭日は除きます）。

梱包にはリサイクル段ボールを使用し、商品の破損を最小限に抑えるよう慎重に梱包しています。

Orders can be delivered to your home, place of work or another location of your choice, to a relay point or collected directly from us.

Carriers are chosen according to weight and destination.

Please note that we do not yet offer collection from our shop.

Livraison par Colissimo

Delivery by Colissimo - Home or relay point
コリシモによる配達 - ご自宅または宅配店頭受取

Once dispatched by Colissimo, the parcel will be delivered within 48 hours to the address given when the order was placed or to one of the retail outlets or post offices chosen. The site automatically suggests the nearest available points to the address entered in your customer account.

Relay point delivery is available for orders up to 15kg.

The limit for standard deliveries is 29kg.

An order dispatched by Chronofresh will be delivered between 24 and 48 hours after dispatch. The transport is specially adapted for the transport of foodstuffs.

Chronofresh dispatch is available for orders up to 60kg (including packaging and cardboard).

Orders over 20kg are split into several parcels.

For orders over 60kg, shipments are made by pallet.

These deliveries have been handled by our partner Hexatrans for several years.

Depending on the destination, it will take between 1 and 5 days.

We also offer free collection from our warehouse in Moidieu, Isère (38440).

This collection method is available to people living in the 01, 38, 42 and 69 departments.

Once the parcel is ready, you will receive an e-mail telling you that it is waiting for you at our warehouse.

Pick-ups are possible from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship to French overseas departments and territories.
