Secure online payment is provided by Caisse d'Epargne using its System Pay solution.
At no time are card numbers transmitted or stored on our servers, guaranteeing you the highest level of payment security.
System Pay handles all aspects of the online payment process, from the acquisition of the card transaction on the Internet through to its transfer to the bank. After registering their order and delivery details, Internet users choose to pay online using Caisse d'Epargne Espace, which manages the various stages of the transaction using a secure exchange protocol that encrypts information (SSL: Secure Socket Layer).
Other methods of payment
We accept cheques and bank transfers as other methods of payment.
We ask people wishing to pay by cheque to indicate the same address as the delivery address of the order.
Our postal and bank details will be sent to you by email when your order is confirmed.
Orders with these payment methods are sent once the payment has been validated by our customer service department. Orders awaiting payment are automatically cancelled after 15 days in the absence of payment.
