We do not sell to professionals outside mainland France.
If you are buying for a company, VAT will be charged in the same way as for a private customer. We will not be able to change this.

Professional customers (non-GMS retailers and/or restaurant owners) may request a specific customer account. Customers must provide the Kbis number and VAT number of the company for which they are placing an order, in addition to the usual contact details for invoicing and parcel dispatch.
The validation of a professional account creation will be effective after verification of the Kbis less than 3 months old provided by the applicant. The account is generally validated within two working days, provided that the professional status has been validated.
Business customers benefit from special discounts on some of our products. Prices are displayed on our site when the customer is logged in with their business account.
Delivery conditions for professionals are specific and are indicated when the order is placed.

The right of withdrawal is available to professional customers in accordance with the provisions of article L121-16-1 of the French Consumer Code.
The goods ordered remain the entire property of Satsuki EURL until full payment of the order has been made.
Orders must be paid for in cash before the goods are dispatched. This condition can be modified at the discretion of EURL Satsuki according to the existing commercial history with the customer.
In the exceptional case of a payment on the due date granted by Satsuki EURL and in the event of a delay in total or partial payment of the goods delivered on the day of receipt, the buyer will have to pay Satsuki a late payment penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate. The legal interest rate is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods. This penalty is calculated on the amount due, all taxes included, and runs from the due date of the price without any prior formal notice being necessary. In addition to the late payment penalties, any sum, including the deposit, not paid on the due date will automatically give rise to the payment of a fixed penalty of 40 euros to cover collection costs. Articles 441-6, paragraph 12 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
No discount is granted for early payment.
