パスワードのリセット方法

When the new version of our online shop went live, we were unable to recover the passwords to our customers' accounts. For security reasons, this data is stored in an encrypted database to which we do not have access.

When you log on to our new site for the first time, you will need to reset your password.

If you can't remember your password, you can create a new one by following the same steps?

さつきウェブサイトがリニューアルされる際、お客様アカウントのパスワードは移行する事ができません。セキュリティ上の理由から、これらのデータは暗号化されたデータベースに保存されており、私たちはアクセスすることができません。

したがって、新ウェブサイトに最初にアクセスしログインする際、パスワードをお客様自身でリセットして頂く必要があります。

パスワードを思い出せない場合は、同じ手順で新しいパスワードを再作成することもできます。

The different steps explained

First, go to your customer account by clicking on the character in the top right-hand corner.

This will take you to the page below.

Click on Forgot your password?

Forgot your password? 　( パスワードを忘れた ) をクリックします。

Then enter the e-mail address linked to your customer account.

Click on Send a reset link

If you have any problems finding out which e-mail address is being used, please contact us.

次に、アカウント作成時に使用したメールアドレスを入力します。

Send Reset link ( リセットリンクの送信 ) をクリックします。

使用されているメールアドレスがわからない場合は、こちらまでお問い合わせください。

A confirmation message will appear.

確認メッセージが表示されます。

Then go to your mailbox.

You will receive a message from our server almost immediately asking you to create a new password.

Click on the link in the email.

(the link shown below cannot be used if you copy it)

その後、お客様のメールボックスに新しいパスワードを作成するようにメッセージが届きます。

メールに記載されているリンクをクリックしてください。

(下記のリンクはコピーしても使用できません。)

A browser window will open with the page below.

Enter your new password and then enter it a second time for confirmation.

We advise you to choose a password of at least 8 characters with upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

Do not give out this password. It will be stored in an encrypted database. We will not have access to it.

新しいウィンドウが開き、以下のページが表示されます。

新しいパスワードを入力し、確認のためもう一度入力してください。

パスワードは、大文字、小文字、数字、特殊文字を使用し、8文字以上にすることをお勧めします。

このパスワードは他人に教えないでください。パスワードは暗号化されたデータベースに保存されます。私たちがアクセスすることはありません。

Once you have changed your password, a confirmation message will appear. You will then be connected to your customer account.

一度パスワードを変更すると、確認メッセージが表示されます。その後、お客様のアカウントに接続されます。
