How does it work?
ご利用方法​

When you place an order on our website or at the checkout in our Lyon grocery shop, you can earn loyalty points, provided you already have a customer account.
You can open your account directly in the online shop or in shop by entering your email address, name and address. Choose a password and that's it.

Then, when you make a purchase from us, remember to identify yourself on the site or present your card in shop.
The points will be added automatically.

You can ask for your card when you come into the shop, it's free.

さつきのウェブサイト、またはリヨン店での商品購入時に、すでに会員アカウントをお持ちの場合に限り、ポイントを獲得することができます。

アカウントは、メールアドレス、お名前、ご住所を入力して頂き、さつきのウェブサイトで直接アカウントを開設できます。ご自身でパスワードを入力すれば完了です。

ウェブサイトでのご注文の際、またはリヨン店舗でのお会計の際に、ご本人であることを確認させていただくか、カードをご提示ください。ポイントは自動的に加算されます。

カードは無料ですのでリヨン店舗ご来店の際にお申し付けください。ただし、ウェブサイトではカード発行は致しませんので、ご注意ください。

Points cannot be used to purchase alcoholic products or products on special offer.

The loyalty program is not available to professionals.

Calculating points
ポイント加算​

Points are calculated as follows:

For each full €10 (incl. VAT) of products purchased, you earn 1 point.

Each point is worth €0.1 incl. VAT.

A stock of points can be converted at any time into a voucher valid for 3 months.

Points can be accumulated and kept for another 3 months.

You will receive a message informing you that your points are about to expire 15 days before the date.

Your points balance and the associated vouchers can be consulted at any time in your customer account.

ポイントは下記の方法で加算されます。

10ユーロ（消費税込み）の商品をお買い上げごとに1ポイントが加算されます。

1ポイント＝0.1ユーロ（消費税込み）。

貯まったポイントは、いつでも3ヶ月有効のバウチャーに交換できます。

ポイントは3ヶ月間有効です。

有効期限の15日前になると、ポイント失効をお知らせするメッセージが届きます。

お客様のポイント残高と関連バウチャーは、お客様アカウントでいつでもご確認いただけます。

The points obtained are not transferable to a third party.
Your details will only be used by the various Satsuki establishments and will not be passed on to any other company.
