Advice and follow-up

Founded in 1743, Hakutsuru 白鶴 (literally the whooping crane) is one of the oldest breweries in Japan.

This Sake Daiginjo 大吟醸 gets its smooth, balanced flavour from a careful selection of rice and the famous spring water of Nada, near Kobe.

Choose excellence with this sake with its velvety delicacy and fruity aromas!

This sake is best consumed cold for pure tasting or on top of sophisticated cuisine but will also be a wonderful accompaniment to all your favourite Japanese dishes.
