Rice vinegar is a very prominent seasoning in Japanese cuisine: since 1907 Tamanoi タマノイ has been producing a full range of it that is appreciated throughout Japan.
This Kurozu 栗酢 rice vinegar has been aged for a long time: its lovely dark amber colour comes from the whole-grain rice and its gentle fermentation.
