Rice vinegar is a staple of Japanese cuisine.
Mizkan, Japan's largest rice vinegar manufacturer, presents this Yonesu 米酢 Superior Rice Vinegar made only from rice and water.
It's milder than wine vinegar, with moderate acidity (4.5%) and a distinctive rice fragrance that will enhance any dish.
It's perfect for preparing salads and seasoning sushi rice. It can also be used to marinade fish and meat, and to make pickled vegetables (tsukemono).
