Hakubaku turned to Australia and its fertile land to grow grains Bio certified and puts all its energy into producing traditional Japanese noodles of the highest quality.

Soba noodles are Japanese noodles made from wheat flour and buckwheat (the term Soba means buckwheat).

Soba noodles are thin (2mm thick) and are widely eaten in Japan, hot or cold with a 'tsuyu sauce, consisting of dashi, mirin and sweet soy sauce.

It is a main ingredient insoup, or a side dish with pork or chicken. Ideal as a salad, drizzled with a Japanese dressing, for hot summer days!
