Udon noodles うどん are thick, round noodles. Prepared with wheat flour, they are mixed with water and salt: their size varies from 2 to 4 mm in width.

These Udon noodles produced by a family of Japanese artisans, are prepared from organic wheat and brown rice flours, then slowly air-dried for 3 days, using the traditional roll and cut method, to obtain a concentrated and authentic flavor.

Firm and soft, these udon noodles with wholegrain rice Gen Mai 玄米 are a source of protein and low in fat: nourishing and dietary, they can be used all year round in hot broth, fried or served cold with a dip or salad.

Organic brown rice udon noodles Yuki Genmai Udon 有機玄米 Clearspring are used in the same way as regular udon noodles.
