Clearspring has selected this delicious, unpasteurized Mugi Miso with the perfect balance of soybeans and barley grains, sourced from local organic farming. The 5th generation craftsmen make it using traditional methods and meticulously ensure it is aged in cedar wood barrels for 1-2 years.
