Rich in protein and umami flavour, Clearspring's Miso range is a selection of the finest authentic Japanese slow fermented Miso.

This unpasteurised naturally fermented, organically grown rice miso is sweet and rich in umami. It contains 25% less salt than wholemeal rice miso and is therefore particularly suitable for salt-reduced diets.
