Ozeki (literally sumo wrestler) Brewery has built a solid reputation for brewing enjoyable sake for over 300 years, and that continues.

This sparkling Sake with flower-light bubbles - hence the name Hana Awaka 花泡香 has a delicate and very refreshing sweetness.

The fruity flavour comes from the white Koji, which thus brings a real harmony between freshness and a hint of acidity.

The melon and pear notes invite it to a brunch or an aperitif and accompany light dishes, desserts and entrements wonderfully.

Why not enjoy it instead of a beer (if you don't like it too much) or in a champagne glass, as in Japan!
