Japanese curry (カレーライス, karē raisu) is known for its thick, mild and aromatic sauce. Golden Curry is available in several levels of heat: mild, medium, hot and extra hot. Simply choose the level that best suits your preferences. The hot and extra-hot versions have a more pronounced spiciness.

The curry roux blocks dissolve in a pan of simmered vegetables, together with the meat or plant-based alternative of your choice. The sauce is then served with Japanese rice.

The 92 g packs are suitable for trying the recipe, while the larger formats are useful for cooking more regularly or for several people.
