Mirin is an essential ingredient in Japanese cuisine: it is used to add depth and accentuate the natural flavours of dishes.

The sweetness of mirin balances soy sauce and enhances sweet and savoury sauces, vinaigrettes, marinades and seafood dishes.

Made in Japan from rice naturally fermented with koji made only from rice, with a little salt added at the end of the process.

This mirin is produced naturally with no added sugars or preservatives.
