Kikkoman Sweet Soy Sauce is made from naturally brewed soy sauce.

Its mild, slightly spicy flavour pleasantly enhances many dishes: its sweet note and creaminess are ideal for accompanying rice and yakitori (chicken skewers), as well as for garnishing salads, basting meat and fish during cooking.

It can also be used to deglaze grilled meats, fish or vegetables. It caramelizes vegetables or nuts wonderfully: a few drops make your roast incredibly crispy and aromatic!
