Sweet soy sauce pleasantly enhances the flavour of many dishes. Its sweet note and creaminess are ideal for accompanying rice and yakitoris (chicken kebabs), all savoury/sweet dishes, as well as for garnishing salads, basting meat and fish during cooking.
