Naturally brewed, this soy sauce is produced using a special process that reduces the salt content by about 43% while retaining the taste and aroma of classic soy sauce. This low-salt soy sauce can be used in the same way as regular soy sauce. It can be used for seasoning, marinades, deglazing and as a dip. It is suitable for people who control their salt intake.
This Kikkoman soy sauce is produced in Europe by Kikkoman, with non-GMO soybeans and is naturally fermented using the same techniques as in Japan.
