‘Laure Kié was born in Tokyo to a Japanese mother and a French father.
She spent a large part of her childhood in Japan,.
Then travelled all over Asia in search of new flavours and to expand her culinary knowledge.
She now passes this knowledge on in her cookery classes and through her many books.’
Takashi Fujii is an illustrator based in Okayama, Japan. He launched the Okayamagogo blog in 2007.
To promote the delicious specialities of his region.
He also illustrates numerous tourist guides and works with publishers all over the world.
