Advice and follow-up
Furikaké ふりかけ is a seasoning that is sprinkled directly over hot rice. There is an infinite variety to enhance and vary the taste of the rice that the Japanese eat every day at every meal.
Since 1901, Tanaka has been producing furikaké, which the Japanese enjoy at breakfast: they particularly appreciate its umami.....irresistibly delicious flavour.
It offers you its Gohan Ni Mazete ごはんにまぜて range of rice mixes : enjoy the Wakaba To Karashi Mentai 若菜と辛子めんたい, a delicious blend of lightly spiced cod roe, wakame seaweed and young radish leaves.
Quickly add umami-packed flavour to your donburi rice bowls and onigiri dumplings! Sprinkle your pasta and salads with a truly Japanese flavour!
