Advice and follow-up
Furikaké ふりかけ is a seasoning that is sprinkled directly over hot rice. There is an infinite variety to enhance and vary the taste of the rice that the Japanese eat every day at every meal.
Since 1901, Tanaka has been producing furikaké, which the Japanese savour at breakfast: they particularly appreciate its umami.....irresistibly delicious flavour.
The Gohan Ni Mazete range ごはんにまぜて rice mix: enjoy the Gomoku Gohan 五目ごはん variety, a delicious blend of burdock, hijiki seaweed, carrot, daikon radish, wakame seaweed, a dash of soy sauce, a few grains of sesame and chicken flakes.
Quickly add umami flavour to your donburi rice bowls and onigiri dumplings! Sprinkle some Japanese flavour on your pasta and salads !
