Advice and follow-up
Chirashi zushi (ちらし寿司, meaning scattered sushi) or Tokyo sushi, is a dish consisting of a bowl of sushi rice accompanied by vegetables, fish and seaweed.
Served as a starter or main course, it is traditionally eaten during the Hina Matsuri festival on 3 March.
This Ajitsuke Kanpyô 味つけかんぴょう sachet will be ideal for cooking it quickly: simply mix it with your cooked rice.
