

Traditional Chasoba Green Tea Buckwheat Soba Noodles
To this variety of traditional soba noodles Soba has been incorporated green tea which gives its beautiful colour and a matcha-like taste, hence the name Chasoba.
These Chasoba noodles Chasoba 茶そば has been produced according to the Joshu style, a province renowned for the quality of its noodles: they are thin (2mm thick) and are widely consumed in Japan, hot or cold with a 'tsuyu sauce, made of dashi, mirin and sweet soy sauce.
It is a main ingredient insoup, or a side dish with pork or chicken. Ideal as a salad, drizzled with a Japanese dressing, for hot summer days!
