Purple in colour, Dulse Clearspring is a food grade seaweed produced in the Atlantic. Also known as cow goemon, this seaweed has a soft texture and a nutty, umami-rich flavor.

Dulse seaweed can be prepared in salads, soups, stir-fries, etc.... It can also be grilled.
