Algae are very present in Japanese cuisine: they are often eaten in hot or cold salads containing a mixture of several algae.
This one consists of a special mixture of 6 multicoloured seaweeds : wakame, agar agar, mahunori, tsunomata, red and green suginori. These edible seaweeds are low in calories, but high in fibre and minerals.
