Organic Japanese Soba Sômen with buckwheat and wheat
These organic very fine sômen-style soba noodles, produced by a 3rd generation family of Japanese craftsmen, are made from organic wheat and buckwheat flours.
Slowly air-dried for 3 days, using the traditional rolling and cutting method, they offer a concentrated, authentic flavour.
Tasty and healthy, they can be used all year round in hot broth, fried or served cold with a dip or salad.

Directions for use :
* Bring 2L of water to the boil, then add the soba noodles (100g for 1 person) and stir to avoid overflowing
* Simmer for 3 mins, then rinse briefly under cold water
* Serve all year round in hot broths or with a vinaigrette for a fresh summer salad
