Superior Organic Tokujô Kabusecha Green Tea 50g
morimoto no tokujou kabusecha
High quality, organically grown Kabusécha Tokujô green tea, grown in Miyazaki
For 40 years, the Morimoto Family has been cultivating seven varieties of tea plants in Miyazaki, south of Kyûshû, for their unique flavours and their extreme resistance to climatic conditions. The Morimoto's offer a range of exclusively organic teas because they consider that producing natural tea in an ecological and balanced environment is a valuable goal.
The leaves for Kabusecha are harvested at the end of April, meticulously sorted and then processed. They are derived from Oku Midori and Minami Sayaka shrubs, shaded about 2 weeks before harvest. By shading, the plants develop an intense sweetness, a strong Umami and a pronounced green colour. By using the leaves and buds, the caffeine content of Tokujou Kabusecha is great.
This Tokujô Kabusecha森本の特上かぶせ茶 tea makes an impression with its intense sweetness, pronounced Umami flavour and bright green colour: enjoy it as a very large tea!
