Hon Mirin 400ml
hinode kokusanmai hon mirin
Hon Mirin, the traditional sweet sake for the authentic flavours and lacquered effect of your favourite Japanese dishes
Mirin is used in Japanese cooking to add flavour and brightness to dishes. Please note: the alcohol is evaporated during cooking.
It is a type of amber-coloured, sweet and slightly syrupy sake that naturally enhances many dishes and is a perfect accompaniment to them, such as tasty Teriyaki.
Hinode 日の出 has been producing culinary aids in Japan for the past 120 years, offering a full range of mirin, a type of sweet sake, one of the mainstays of Japanese cuisine.
It offers Honmirin 本みりん, real-mirin, in 400ml bottles, produced exclusively from the fermentation of 100% Japanese glutinous rice: its production is considered the best among Mirin!
