Founded in 1973, Hokkan (literally the gateway to the north of the Kanto region) is one of the most renowned breweries near Nikko, the prefecture of Tochigi, renowned not only for its Unesco heritage culture, but above all for its lush nature and clear waters.

It is the fruit of a grouping of 3 local brewers who have been perpetuating more than 300 years of ancestral gestures since the Edo Era: their know-how in the production of local sakes offers you this sake made exclusively with 3 locally sourced ingredients: new rice, kôji yeast and water.

This very semi-dry sake will find its place on your table as well as in your kitchen.
