Since 1877, the Ishibashi 石橋屋 family has been producing top-quality konjac in Fukuoka, in the north of the Kûshû peninsula, using a unique and renowned know-how that its craftsmen are proud to perpetuate.
They are now offering you their Konjac Sashimi Konnyaku さしみこんにゃく strips, handmade from yam, rice flour and a touch of spinach.
These Konjac strips are perfect eaten as they are, sashimi-style, or with a mixed salad: a subtle, healthy taste!
