Bonito and mackerel dashi seasoned flour for okonomiyaki
Okonomiyaki is a typically Japanese savoury dish that consists of a dough made from wheat flour, egg and dashi accompanied by cabbage, meat and a variety of other ingredients and cooked on a hot plate.
