Fukujinzuke, with its 7 vegetables, takes its name from Shichi Fukujin's tale of the 7 gods of happiness.
This recipe combines daikon radish, aubergine, cucumber, shiso leaves, ginger and white sesame.
* First finely chopped, then marinated in a base flavoured with soy sauce.
* The result: a crunchy texture and a slightly tangy, tart flavour.
