Sanwa has been producing authentic honkaku shôchu since 1979 in the prefecture of Oita, Kyûshû : its IICHIKO range offers smooth shôchu with incredibly rich flavours, easy to drink with meals and renowned throughout Japan.

His Shôchu Mugi Shochu IICHIKO Silhouette いいちこシルエットむぎ焼酎 is a shôchu produced exclusively from barley fermented with rice koji on a single distillation.

His tasting notes highlight its mineral flavours, both light and precise, over pure spring water notes.

It is one of the best-selling shôchus in Japan: enjoy it chilled or chambré, as is in the middle of a meal, in fruit juice-based cocktails or to accompany your matcha and oolong teas... to be discovered!
