Since 1869, Fundodai フンドーダイ has been producing seasonings in Japan to enhance homemade dishes.

Its soy sauce is an amakuchi sauce, i.e. a sweeter soy sauce made from whole soybeans grown in Kyushu, with a dash of akazake (a small-scale rice alcohol produced in Kumamoto) and a hint of very fine Japanese sugar, wasanbon.

Perfect for seasoning fondue meats, sashimi and seafood.
