Sayori 魚織 is a Nakadori Junmaï sake, produced with Hatanishiki rice: only the heart of the press is collected to go into its composition.
It goes wonderfully with strong fish, dashi broth, grilled meats and dishes in sauce.
Sayori is produced by the Asahara winery, located in the Okumusashi hills on the edge of the Kanto plain. The temperate climate, verdant vegetation and pure water from the Chichibu mountains make up this natural setting in which the Asahara winery has been innovating since 1882.
