The Nakashima Shuzo brewery in Gifu presents its junmai semi-dry sake, light and pure on the palate.

Produced from the Shinano Miyamanishiki variety of rice, it has aromas of tropical fruit and vanilla.

Easy to drink, it goes well with any dish at different serving temperatures. Served chilled, it can accompany simple, light dishes. When reheated, it is perfect with meat dishes and Chinese cuisine.
