Soft, pre-cooked fine ramen noodles
The râmen noodles ラ― メン are, along with sobas, the most widely consumed noodles in Japan.
They are made from wheat flour and served in a broth made from soy sauce or miso. This dish is of Chinese origin has been adapted in different regions of Japan: the filling can therefore be varied.
These Shirakiku ramen noodles are prepared which allows them to be cooked very quickly in salads, soups or pan-fried in just 2 minutes !
