At the foot of the Kirishima mountains, 霧島 the Hayashi family cultivates in their family gardens surrounded by forests, species of tea trees, some of which are becoming increasingly rare in Japan. All of its production is derived from fully organic cultivation that meets the challenges that come from the demanding way of working in an organic tea garden.
