Furikake ふりかけ is a seasoning to be sprinkled directly on hot rice. There is an infinite variety to enhance and vary the tastes of the rice that the Japanese eat daily at every meal.

Mishima 三島 has been producing furikake since 1949, which the Japanese enjoy with relish at breakfast: they particularly appreciate their salty taste.....irresistible tasty!

This Yukari ゆかりvariety is a delicious blend of red shiso leaves and natural salt to quickly add umami-full herbal flavours to your rice bowls but also your onigiri dumplings!
