mishima kaori
Furikake green shiso seasoning to garnish your white rice
Furikake ふりかけis a seasoning to be sprinkled directly over hot rice. There is an infinite variety to enhance and vary the tastes of the rice that the Japanese eat daily at every meal.
Mishima 三島 has been producing furikake since 1949, which the Japanese enjoy with relish at breakfast: they particularly appreciate its salty taste.....irresistibly tasty!
This Kaori かおり variety is a delicious blend of green shiso leaves and natural salt to quickly add umami-full herbal flavours to your rice bowls but also your onigiri dumplings!
You can also sprinkle it on your pasta and salads and bring them a very Japanese flavour!
