Cooking Instructions for the Sun Clad Shinode Tanjun Sushi Rice :

  • Rince the rice in the cold water 3-4 times until the water becomes clear. 
  • Optional : leave it in the water for 30 - 120 mn  (depending on the temperature, if it's cold outside, leave it longer).
  • Add 1 cup of cold water for 1 ½ cup of rice.
  • Cook the rice at least 15 mn with cover closed ot untill water is absorbed.
  • Turn off the fire and leave for 10 mn. (Cover closed)
