Instructions for use:

Wash the rice thoroughly and leave it to stand in clean water for 20-30mn

Use 1 cup of rice to 11/2 cup of cold water.

  • Bring to a boil, cover, and lower the heat.
  • Allow to simmer for about 15mn or until all the water is absorbed.
  • Turn off the heat and allow to rest for 10mn
