High quality sticky rice, no washing, ideal for sushi

This Nishiki rice from the medium-grain japonica rice variety has a sticky texture after cooking that is ideal for making sushi, onigiri and other authentic Japanese dishes.
Unlike other Japanese rice, it does not need to be washed before cooking, 無洗 musen mai in Japanese, which makes it easier to prepare. For its cooking it is highly recommended to put a little more water, i.e. 1.25 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.
