Daikon can be used to garnish many dishes: added as a condiment or as part of a sauce, it can also be used in soup.

We recommend rinsing 3 times in clean water, then leaving to soak for 15-20mn.

Drain the water and then cook the product quickly, as the flavour may change.

Recipe indicated on the packaging:

    * Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the water-soaked kiriboshi daikon.
    * Add the aburaagé (soy pouch) cut into strips. Add the dashi (stock base) and cook.
    * Skim.
   *  Add sugar and cook over a medium heat until boiling.
   *  Add soy sauce and cook over a low heat until all the oil has disappeared.
