Kukicha Green Tea 茎茶 Organic Clearspring is made from carefully selected twigs and stems of Japanese tea plants. They are steamed, rolled and dried before slowly ageing to develop their smooth, soothing flavour. Roasting the tea reduces its theine content and gives it a delicate nutty aroma.
