Sake brewer for several decades in Fushimi, south of Kyoto, Kizakura 黄桜 takes its name from the famous Japanese cherry tree with double and ... yellow flowers, a rarity much appreciated by the brewery's foundator.
The region's harsh climate during the winter season and the purity of the Fushi-Mizu's groundwater contribute to the making of quality sake.
This dry, light sake Tsu No Honjozo 通の本醸造 offers its rich, aromatic flavours to accompany all Japanese dishes.
Presented in a small Tokkuri-style bottle traditionally used to serve sake, it is ideal for gracing your table!
