Creating its range of sakes, shôchu and mirin in Kyôto, Takara Shûzo first and foremost produces prestigious sakes using processes that its artisan brewers have been perpetuating since 1842.

The new Shirakabegura brewery 白壁蔵 in Hyôgo offers this Daiginjo Muroka Genshu大吟醸無濾過原酒 sake, using the undiluted and unfiltered brewing method known as genshu.

Deep and complex aromas, close to the flavours of freshly cut apples: enjoy it well chilled as an aperitif or with dessert.
