This Hanagaki Okaseikai 桜花盛開 sake, with its delicate aromas of white peach and cherry blossom, represents all the savoir-faire of the Hanagaki brewery in Fukui.

Discover this junmai daiginjo 純米大吟醸 sake from which at least 50% of the rice grains have been removed by a long polishing process: it presents very sweet aniseed aromas, coated on the palate by flavors of melon and green apple.

Enjoy it as an aperitif (a real treat!) or with light dishes.
